Kalista has decided that it is ok to ware shorts!

This may not seem like a big deal, but it IS!  The weather here is in the 100s every day now and with the little evening showers we have been having it is just sticky.

Kalista wares yoga pants all the time.  Last year she wouldn't ware shorts because sh didn't like having her legs out.  So I cam up with the bright idea to have her ware a skirt.  (like I do)  She loved her skirts and proudly wore them over the TOP of her yoga pants.  So my attempt to cool her off just back fired.

This year I made her a pair of cut offs out of some of her old pants.  I made her try them on and you would have though I tried to kill her.  She was so mad at me promptly hid the shorts some ware.

One day I woke up and she had them on.  I guess she just had to think about it for a while and do it in her own time.  Now she wants ALL her pants cut off and that is just fine.

Wish me luck on the switch back when  it cools off.
