testing

After two day of testing... the UAA is over.

Because "no child is left behind"....  (or left untested)  Kalista must be tested too.

She is not up to grade level of course so they do an IEP.  It lists all her goals for the year and how we are going to teach them and test them.

Her K12 teachers drove from both ends of the state just for her.  I felt really lucky and blessed that they would make a trip just for my Angel. 

Kalista LOVED!!!! Shelly.   She had to give her kisses and hugs every chance she got.   Shelly was a pretty good sport about it. 

I was amazed at how she really wanted to show off and let them see what she does in school.   She was a rock star and did everything really well.

I know they aren't testing me... but it does feel kind of like they are checking to make sure that I am teaching her good enough.

So We are doing a happy dance.  Join us in celebrating Kalista.  She has come so very far this year.
