Thanksgiving

This year was by far the very best Thanksgiving that I can remember.  We had it at my house for the first time.  My mom was a big help and saved the day by bringing all the things that I didn't even know I didn't have.... (you know like chairs and serving bowls)

It was all pretty low key and quiet.  The coolest thing was Kalista was able to set at the table the whole time!  She didn't eat too much food and that is just fine with me.  Her favorite thing was the peanut butter pie that Aunt Katie made.  She kept reaching over and taking a taste.  so... faced with all the fingerprints on top everyone decided that it could be just for Kalista.  (there were plenty of other goodies anyway)

I just can't express how wonderful it is to be able to have a family dinner that is just normal with no meltdowns.  It was the best day!
